BOB WELLS
Over 30 years experience in the field of transportation, mechanics, stock car racing, go kart racing, and is an avid fan of NASCAR. Bob has gained a presence in the community as an entrepreneur, training and managing 4-cylinder drivers, and holding various positions such as President, Vice President, and Tech Inspector of the Great Lakes Race Kart Association

DRIVER
TONY WELLS
Grown up as a dedicated racing fan. Tony has successfully raced go karts since the age of 10, throughout the midwest. Tony has several years of experience racing 4-cylinder cars at Norway Speedway. As a committed driver, Tony has been studying driving techniques, and driving from Appleton to Norway to practice with the TJ MOTORSPORTS late model. Tony is a journeyman machinist in Appleton, WI and applying his knowledge as a machinist in developing innovative ideas to the race car

PIT CREW MANAGERS
JASON WELLS
A successful journeyman machinist in Appleton, WI. Jason has experience racing go karts in the Midwest Sprint Series throughout MI, WI, IL, and IN as a member of the World Karting Association. Jason has experience racing both 4-cylinders and street stock at Norway Speedway. Jason manages vehicle preparation and information tracking before and during every race.



                                    SHAWN ELLIS

Shawn is experienced in racing both 4-cylinders and go-karts. Shawn has been involved with many racing teams at Norway Speedway and is known for building quality 4-cylinder racecars. Shawn is extremely skilled at customizing vehicles and fabrication. He plays a key role in vehicle maintainence and repair

RYAN MERMALL

Ryan will be starting his junior year of high school in Oshkosh, WI in the fall. Within the past few years, Ryan has taken a liking to NASCAR and stock car racing. He has been involved with TJ MOTORSPORTS since 2008. For the 2009 season, Ryan has proved himself to be a knowledgeable, hard working, and dedicated member of the TJ MOTORSPORTS race team. He is really taking an active and valuable role for the TJ MOTORSPORTS team

MISSY WELLS
Missy, wife of driver Tony Wells, is attending the University of Wisconsin in Oshkosh, working toward a Master's Degree in Professional Counseling. As a hobby and in her spare time, she handles administrative duties for TJ MOTORSPORTS

Mary, wife of Bob Wells, and mother of Tony and Jason Wells, is TJ MOTORSPORTS biggest support! Mary attends every race, makes sure the guys have cold drinks to "refuel" themselves, and cheers the team on with enthusiasm week after week! She is a real trooper and incredibly dedicated to TJ MOTORSPORTS!
